Dear Roadrunner Families of Rancho Santa Margarita,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! My name is Tyler Morgan, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of RSM Intermediate. Now entering my sixth year as part of this amazing community, I remain committed to building strong relationships and ensuring that every student receives the highest quality education.

My wife Kristen and I, along with our four children—Presley (18), Charlotte (16), Hudson (11), and Robert (6)—feel truly blessed to be part of the RSM family. This summer, we enjoyed camping, surfing, and soaking up the California sunshine.

Our theme for this school year is "Be Your Best Self." This message challenges and inspires our students to show up each day with effort, resilience, and a commitment to growth. As we look ahead, we’re excited about all that lies ahead and confident in our ability to achieve great things—both individually and as a school community.

Throughout the year, we will focus on empowering students to realize their full potential. With the right support, guidance, and hard work, our students are capable of incredible accomplishments. Together—with our outstanding teachers, counselors, and staff—we will provide a meaningful and engaging educational experience that fosters a lifelong love of learning.
