Mustang Families,
As we enter another exciting week, I want to take a moment to highlight some important events and celebrate our students' achievements.
This Tuesday during Flex, we’ll be hosting our final Quarter Spirit Brunch of the year. Congratulations to all the incredible student nominees who have attended throughout the year—your character and work ethic truly speak volumes and reflect what it means to be a Mustang.
A huge shoutout to our Girls Lacrosse team on a fantastic season—your hard work and determination made us proud. Best of luck to our Baseball team as they head into CIF Round Two this week. We’re all behind you!
Don’t miss our spring Dance Show, “Bloom,” this Thursday and Friday—it promises to be an inspiring and memorable performance. Come out and support your fellow Mustangs as they take the stage.
As always, let’s continue to show that Mustangs are Respectful, Responsible, and Connected. Have a great week!

The website includes information regarding cap and gown distribution, THHS Graduation rehearsal times, senior activities, THHS Graduation instructions for seniors, seating instructions for families, and information regarding Grad Night.

Engineering Design Class
Each year, Mr. Ureno teaches the Engineering Design Process to his Year 3 Engineering students. As part of their curriculum, students are tasked with inventing an original product and creating a fully functioning prototype.
The highlight of this project is the annual participation in the OC Maker Challenge, where Mr. Ureno’s students compete against over 200 middle and high school students, all showcasing their innovative creations.
Last year, three teams from Mr. Ureno’s class placed in the competition. This year, one or more teams have again earned a spot, though the final results won’t be known until Monday.
Last week, the teams from THHS presented their products. They showcased the problems they aimed to solve and how they approached the challenges. Presentations took place during 2nd period on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Mr. Ureno will continue to provide updates as more details become available.

Trabuco Hills Ceramics
Trabuco Hills High School Artists Shine in Prestigious Exhibits
This year has been an exciting and successful one for Trabuco Hills High School’s Visual Arts Department, particularly in ceramics. Under the guidance and mentorship of ceramics teacher Mr. Hartl, several talented students have had their artwork accepted and juried into highly competitive art shows, including the Orange County and LCAD exhibitions.
While those shows have already concluded, there’s still an exciting opportunity to see Trabuco Hills students' work on display this summer. If you find yourself in Laguna Beach, be sure to visit the renowned Festival of Arts. The 2025 Junior Art Exhibit, running from July 2 to August 29, will feature the exceptional artwork of students Anna Chiang, Lilly Pisano, Tanner Lyons, and Chloe Ledergerber.
Congratulations to all the student artists and to Mr. Hartl for his continued dedication and leadership in supporting young creatives.
