Principal's Message

Mustang Families,

Please take some time today to review all the information on the newsletter site. Today is Monday, March 13th, 2023.

We are excited to welcome the class of 2027 on campus today. Our incoming students had the opportunity to explore some of our elective offerings, see and hear performances from our pep squad and band, participate in spirit activities, visit some of our classes for choir, band, and CTE, and be taken on a campus tour.

With only a few weeks remaining in the quarter, we encourage students to work hard and seek support when needed.

We invite you to scroll through this page for highlights, student recognitions, and more!

Ms. Alicia Foulk

Principal

Alicia Foulk

THHS Architecture & Engineering

Last Thursday, THHS architecture and engineering students went to the Antginnering Event at UCI's Engineering Program. Students participated in various workshops  and had a chance to interact with UCI's  students from  the aerospace, mechanical, electrical, materials science, biomedical, civil, and computer engineering programs.

It was a great learning experience to all that attended! We also got to talk to an THHS Alumni student Ms. Rachael Koo that is currently a Mechanical engineering student at UCI. She asked to say hi to Mr. Kroeger and Ms. Rezner!

Thanks again to all THHS and SVUSD staff that helped me make this field trip possible!

Principal selection for student of the Month is Luis Murillo:

Ms. Foulk would like to recognize Luis Murillo. He has been working tirelessly to try and bring a FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) chapter to THHS, and provide students interested in business with opportunities to speak with industry and trade leaders. We have met several times, and he is a well-spoken, articulate, and a passionate student. He carries a full academic load, is on the boys soccer team, and also in our orchestra. An amazing young man I have enjoyed getting to know this last year!

Art Student of the Month is Rachel Yeager from dance, drama, and choir:

“I love being a part of the art programs I am in for the community and the opportunity to express myself. Because of Dance Production, I have the ability to choreograph and teach routines to my friends on a level not available outside of Trabuco. Through Chamber Choir, I met some of my closest friends and had the opportunity to sing in Hawaii and soon New York. Being a part of Off The Wall, I have performed in numerous shows in all of the different styles, and can’t wait to play Regina George in our production of Mean Girls the Musical coming in April!”⁃ Rachel Yeager
