Principal's Message
Mustang Families,
Please take some time today to review all the information on the newsletter site. Today is Monday, February 13th, 2023.
We have begun our construction on our pool! Please be advised of the notification that was sent regarding the fencing and adjustment to our bike routes on campus. Remind your student to park bikes only at the racks, and be sure to lock them.
I received official notification from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) that THHS has full accreditation to June, 2029. We will be working diligently to monitor our action plan, and need to submit a report in 2026, as well as host a virtual visit. Kudos to the entire community on the successful completion of this process.
Spring sports are underway, with quite a few events on our campus this week. Be sure to come out to our fields and cheer on our athletes.
As a reminder, there will be no school this Friday, February 17, or Monday, February 20th.
Ms. Alicia Foulk
Principal

Attendance
Please feel free to e-mail: thhsattendance@svusd.org or call our attendance line, (949) 460-2707 when your student will be absent for any portion of the day. These options are both available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Thank you for taking the time to notify us any time your student will be absent from school.

Mindful Monday
__________________________________________________________________________________________
We are excited to share that construction on our pool has begun.
Due to the increase in trucks and other vehicles in the area, the entire drive between the 300 building and tennis courts will be blocked to all traffic. Attached is a map outlining the expected bike routes for students to follow. Please review this information with your students and let them know they will not be able to ride bikes off Rancho Santa Margarita parkway into our campus. They will need to ride along the perimeter of the school to the front bike rack or the larger racks located next to the boys locker room. Please also remind students that they must walk their bikes on all campus sidewalks and through the interior of campus.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause, and ask students and families to plan accordingly. We have already briefed our staff and made adjustments to our internal procedures for evacuation and emergency routes during this project.
