Principal's Message

Mustang Families,

I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving and a restful fall break. As we return, we have just two weeks until Final Exams. Let’s finish strong—complete any remaining assignments and take time to study and prepare. Our Fall Semester Final Exam schedule is now posted.

This week, our basketball, soccer, and water polo teams are all in action, and we’d love to see our Mustang community come out and support them. We’re also excited for our Winter Dance Show this Thursday and Friday at 7:00 PM—always an incredible showcase of student talent.

A huge congratulations to our Girls Cross Country team for placing second in the Division 1 CIF Finals and not only qualifying for the State Championships but also earning a berth to the Nike-sponsored National Championships! We are so proud of you.

Have a great week, Mustangs!

THHS Sports HighlightsTrabuco Hills Girls Cross Country

girls cif racers

The Girls Varsity Cross Country team finished third in the State-CIF Division 1 Finals, the third consecutive podium state finals finish for the girls. On to STATE! Then, 3-4 hours after the race, the girls learned they had earned one of 4 at large berths to the Nike sponsored NXN, the national championships of high school cross country. 22 high school teams from every region of the country are flown to Portland, Oregon, and Nike navigates the national championship race on December 6.

BYU bound Millie Bayles and UC San Diego bound Anna Desormeau both earned first team all state honors for top 10 finishes at Woodward Park in Fresno.

San Diego State bound Skylar Watts, freshman Isabella Lubba, freshman Katherine Havens, and juniors Violet Pinter and Bonnie Liou round out the Varsity team.

Trabuco Hills Boys Cross Country

Our Boys Cross Country team capped off an incredible season with a standout performance at the CIF State Championships, racing to an impressive 6th place finish in Division 1! Entering the meet unranked inside the top 10, the boys rose to the challenge and delivered when it mattered most—surpassing multiple highly-rated teams from both Northern and Southern California.

Sophomore Dresden Taylor led the charge with a clutch performance, followed by gritty and determined efforts from Senior Sebastian Bello and Junior Lucan Clemons. Strong supporting races from Sebastian Palafox, Aedan Clarke, Logan Jones, and Ron Banchik sealed the team’s remarkable finish and showcased the depth of this talented squad.

A huge congratulations to the entire team for their heart, toughness, and unforgettable finish to the season!
