End of Year Return Info

Seniors must have ALL items in & any Fines paid(in cash) by May 28^th, 2:30pm to participate in Senior Activities

Seniors should turn in their Chromebooks as soon as not needed (Many were made to check out devices recently for the CAASPP Test that was canceled and have not returned them yet)

FUN FACT: All students in grades 9-11 DO NOT return their Chromebooks until they graduate or leave MVHS, they will keep them over the summer and as long as they are a SVUSD student! They only return Textbooks & novels.

Students can check their Library accounts and see all items checked out to them by going to Destiny, clicking on MISSION VIEJO HIGH SCHOOL and signing in with their SVUSD User name & password. They are also welcome to come by the Library and I can help them find out what they have out.

High School Textbooks

Using Destiny, students can search the library catalog to find materials.

In order to find materials, follow these steps:

Select "Details" next to the title to get additional information about the book
You can create your own list of books when logged in
Check the "My Info" tab to see all the materials currently checked out in your name

Encyclopedia Britannica. SVUSD students and teachers have access to Encyclopedia Britannica and Image Quest, which provide K-12 teachers and students with an easy way to collect articles, images, and videos.

EBSCO. SVUSD students and teachers have access to EBSCO as an additional research resource. For 7-12th grade teachers and students.

EasyBib. The EasyBib website is FREE and allows the student to create accurate MLA, APA or Chicago style citations and check their papers for plagiarism and grammar errors.
