PSAT Information

PSAT Information - Wednesday, October 10th
This year, Saddleback Valley Unified School District is offering the PSAT to 9th, 10th and 11th grade students enrolled in the following courses:
     • English 1, English 2, and English 3 including Honors, IB, and Advanced Placement
     • English Transitional and English Emerging

This opportunity supports the district’s focus on college and career readiness for all students and will provide students, parents, and teachers with information related to students’ academic strengths and weaknesses on skills necessary for school success. The results of the PSAT are not reported to colleges. To learn more about this opportunity, please attend our PTSA meeting on Monday, October 8th at 7:00pm in the MPR.

The district-wide date for administration is Wednesday, October 10th, 2018 and there will not be a make-up test date provided to students who are absent. The exams will be administered on-campus at no cost to LHHS students. Students do not need to pre-register for the exam. Class rosters will be posted outside ASB, as well as the kiosk in the quad area beginning on Monday, October 8th so students know which room to attend. Students should arrive to campus at 8:00 am on October 10th. Students will need to bring No. 2 pencils, erasers, and their school ID. A scientific or graphing calculator is strongly recommended as it may be used on part of the exam.
The following minimum day bell schedule will be in place at LHHS on October 10th:
