2024-2025 SVUSD Dance Contract - Electronic

• In order to attend any dance (on or off-campus), all students must have a SVUSD Dance Contract with parent/guardian electronic signature on file in the Activities Office. The SVUSD Dance Contract was sent out via ParentSquare in August. It has been followed up with several reminder emails to families who have not completed it. A student will not be allowed to purchase a dance ticket (online, or, on campus), or, attend any dance without a signed dance contract. For LHHS students, this is the only permission slip required for all dances throughout the school year. For guests of LHHS students, a new permission slip must be signed for every dance. Please remember, all dance guests must be UNDER 21
