To best prepare for the upcoming Registration process, please note the following timeline for families. In order for the Guidance Team to fully support you in registering for next year’s courses, it is imperative you follow the steps in this timeline fully and on time.

January 27-29

NEW this year! Join us in-person for your Registration Workshop! You will learn more about the courses available to you next year, including electives and special programs and will receive step by step instructions on how to complete the registration process.

• January 27: Incoming 10th Grade (Current 9th)
• January 28: Incoming 11th Grade (Current 10th)
• January 29: Incoming 12th Grade (Current 11th)

January 30 - February 4

• Step 1: Submit elective requests via Google Form (must be accessed via SVUSD student email)
• Step 2: Submit course selection via Aeries Family Portal (must be accessed via Parent/Guardian login)

February 10 - March 6

Students will meet individually with their counselor to review their course selection. Students report to their classes as usual and will be notified via their teacher when their meeting is.
