Senior Week Activities

**Due to capacity and fire code regulations of the El Toro Athletic Complex, only 6 tickets will be distributed to every family that has a graduate. By doing so, El Toro High School is able to fulfill its commitment of providing a safe, secure, and comfortable venue for its students and families.**


Senior Final Exams Periods: Tuesday, June 5th – Friday, June 8th, 2018

-Monday, June 4th – Monday Late Start Bell Schedule

-Tuesday, June 5th – Periods: 2, 4, 6 (Part 1)

-Wednesday, June 6th – Periods: 2, 4, 6 (Part 2)

-Thursday, June 7th – Periods: 1, 3, 5, 7 (Part 1)

-Friday, June 8th – Periods: 1, 3, 5, 7 (Part 2)

-Seniors MUST attend all classes Monday through Friday (June 4th – June 8th, 2018)


Senior Week Activities: Disneyland Theme Park, Monday, June 11th 2018 8:30AM – 10:00PM

-$50.00 ($30.00 for Annual Pass holders)

-Senior Week Activity Sales (ONLINE WEBSTORE): May 1st – June 5th

oIn order to avoid very long lines and the possibility of not securing a spot for the trip, it is highly suggested that students purchase their Senior Week Activities using the Online Webstore.

oStudents must remember to return their permission slip to the Activities Office after purchasing online.

-Senior Week Activity Sales (IN PERSON PURCHASE – NO CHECKS ACCEPTED): June 4th – June 5th

oPayments made in person can only be done during snack and lunch breaks in the Activities Office.

-To sign up for Disneyland: Purchase your ticket by either using the Online Webstore in doing so in person. Fill out the attached permission slip and return to the Activities Office.

-Payments include entrance into the Disneyland Theme Park (only) and bus transportation to and from the park. Seniors that have Disneyland Annual Passes are more than welcome to visit both parks during this time.

-Seniors MUST have their ID cards, signed permission slip, and be off the debt list in order to participate.

-One permission slip is attached.

-Students will be issued one wrist band for the Disneyland Theme Park Trip. These wrist bands will be used to admit students onto the buses. Students are responsible for holding onto these wrist bands. LOST WRIST BANDS WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

-Students that purchase online must remember to turn in their permission slips in the Activities Office in order to obtain a wrist band.

-Students must take the school bus to and from the Disneyland Theme Park, and may not drive themselves.

-Not attending Disneyland? Attendance will be taken in Charger Hall at 8:30am with a guest teacher (this is considered a school day).


Senior Week Activities: Senior Field Day, Tuesday, June 12th, 2018 9:30AM – 12:00PM

-$5.00 (optional The Habit lunch – Vegetarian Option Available)

-Senior Week Activity Sales (ONLINE WEBSTORE): May 1st – June 5th

-All Seniors are to attend the Senior Field Day bonding event on the Toledo Field. Senior Field Day will include tournaments, sporting activities, prizes, photo booth, and much, much more!

-Seniors that would like to have The Habit lunch must purchase their lunch ticket during the Senior Week Activity Sales period. Ice-cream will be provided for all Senior students.

-Attendance will be taken on the field (this is considered a school day).


Senior Week Activities: Senior Graduation Rehearsal/Breakfast, Wednesday, June 13th, 2018 8:30AM

-Seniors are to report to the black top area behind the Auxiliary Gym for graduation rehearsal.

-Senior Breakfast will be held after rehearsal in the upper quad of El Toro High School.

-Commencement tickets will be distributed after rehearsal during the breakfast.

-Attendance will be taken on the black top (this is considered a school day).


Attendance and Behavior at Senior Activities

-All Senior Activities are mandatory (excluding Disneyland Theme Park, attendance verified in Charger Hall that morning). Senior Week is still part of the school year, and like any other school day, attendance is mandatory. Any inappropriate behavior at Senior Activities and/or school activities prior to commencement may prevent the Senior from walking at commencement.
