Please follow the steps below to complete the Data Confirmation.

Step 1 - Parent Portal Account

If you already have an active Parent Portal Account, proceed to Step 2. If you do not already have a Parent Portal Account, create an SVUSD Parent Portal Account through the SVUSD Family Portal. An SVUSD Parent Portal Account (not a Student Account) is required to register. (See Step 1 below.) All Data Confirmation paperwork will be completed online prior to the start of school.

NOTE: it is common for parents to use the Family Portal with a STUDENT account unknowingly, but they need to use their PARENT account instead of a student account for Data Confirmation.

How do I know if I have a Parent account in Family Portal? When logged into your Family Portal account, go to the Profile tab. Check the Linked Portal Account email area for the email and type of account. Type P is Parent account and Type S is a student account.

Step 2 - Data Confirmation (Opens July 13, 2024)

Complete DATA CONFIRMATION. Go to the AERIES Family Portal. Follow all prompts and tabs within the Data Confirmation pages to confirm or correct your student's data. (Use Helpful Screenshot Instructions if needed.) In the Data Confirmation window, you will need to do the following:

1. Review and update demographic and emergency contacts and medical information
2. Print and sign the required forms
3. Return to parent portal to complete the data confirmation process

Step 3 - First Day of School

Get Ready for the first day of school! School starts Wednesday, August 14. McKinney Vento forms will be sent home the first week of school. Please complete and return to your child's teacher.

New SVUSD Students

New to SVUSD? Please complete Steps 1 and 2.

SVUSD Transfers

Transferring from another SVUSD school site? Please complete Step 2 Only.

Online Registration

Step 1: AIR Online Registration

On your computer, go to Aeries Internet Registration (AIR) to begin Online Registration. Carefully review, make any corrections then click submit. (Once you’ve submitted you cannot go back to make corrections.) Please print, sign the last page then proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Document submittal

Please scan then email the below documents to: RO-Register@svusd.org

• Completed signature page from Step 1( Students new to SVUSD only)
• 2 proofs of Residence (2 current utility bills-gas, water, electric. Not telephone)
• Child’s Birth Certificate or Passport
• Child’s immunization record

On the email subject line please include: Student's Legal Full Name and Date of Birth.

In the email body include your name and contact phone number.

Welcome to Robinson Elementary! 

Registration will be conducted online. Starting Monday, March 28, 2023, you will be able to register your child from the comfort of your home. 

Kindergarten is a full day program. TK program is a half day program.

TK Eligibility

All Transitional Kindergarten students must have a 5th birthday that falls between September 2, 2023-April 2, 2024

Kindergarten Eligibility

All incoming Kindergarten students are required to be 5 years old by September 1, 2023 for the 2023-2024 school year.

Registration Documents

You will need the following documents to complete registration:

• Complete Immunization record,
• Proof of Age - Birth Certificate, Passport,
• Proof of Residency - Two current utility bills (telephone, cable NOT accepted)  or a utility bill and current mortgage or lease agreement
