Hello Glen Yermo Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I am honored and excited to serve as the new principal of Glen Yermo Elementary School and to join such a friendly and inclusive community.

From my very first visit to Glen Yermo, what stood out to me was the warm welcome I received and the genuine pride shared by the staff, students, and families. I immediately felt a strong sense of community and a shared commitment to helping every student succeed. One of the things that makes Glen Yermo so special is that our Mountain Lions ROAR. ROAR is more than an acronym—it reminds us to Be Respectful, Offer Kindness, Always Stay Safe, and Be Responsible. These shared values help create a welcoming environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to do their very best.

Our students are fortunate to benefit from exceptional teachers, meaningful learning experiences, specialized programs and support, enrichment opportunities, and a PTA that is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our school community. I encourage every family to become involved, whether by attending school events, volunteering, or partnering with us throughout the year.
