1. Click on the "Online Scheduler" button.
2. Choose your student’s school from the drop down list and click “GO”. (Do not click on the blue box below unless you are modifying an existing appointment).
3. Enter the school password: patriots.
4. Enter your student’s “Student ID”.
5. A list of your student’s teachers will be displayed. Check the box next to the name of each teacher(s) with which you would like to conference.
6. If you have more than one student in the school you can see all of your students’ teachers schedules at one time by answering YES to this question “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” then repeat the steps above for your other students. If you only have one student, answer NO to that question.
7. You will then see the available time slots for each teacher you selected.
8. Select the times that work best for your schedule.
9. Once you have finished you may confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule.
10. Enter your email address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you.
11. IMPORTANT:  Write down the Confirmation Number (you will need this number if you need to cancel your appointment).

1. Haga clic en el botón “Online Scheduler”.

4. Escriba el número de identificación del estudiante (student ID). Si no se la sabe, se le recomienda que utilice el botón, “LOOKUP STUDENT ID”.
5. Verifique la fecha de nacimiento de su estudiante. (si el sistema no lo acepta, favor de ponerse en contacto con la escuela a fin de verificar si nuestros registros o archivos son correctos).
6. Se desplegará una lista de los maestros(as). Seleccione el cuadrito que aparece junto al maestro(a) con quien desea hacer la cita.
7. Si usted tiene más de un estudiante en la escuela, podrá ver los horarios de las maestras(os) de todos sus estudiantes a la vez, si contesta “YES” a la pregunta “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student? Repita los pasos de arriba para su otro estudiante. Si usted tiene sólo un estudiante, conteste “NO” a esa pregunta.
8. Ahora usted podrá ver los horarios disponibles para cada maestra(o) que usted seleccionó.
9. Elija los horarios más convenientes para usted.
10. Proporcione su correo electrónico (recomendable) si le gustaría recibir un email recordándole su cita (se conserva la privacidad de su correo electrónico).
11. Una vez que ha terminado, usted puede confirmar los detalles de su cita e imprimir sus horarios.
12. Apunte el número de confirmación (lo necesitará para cancelar o cambiar la cita)
