Review, change, and confirm data on the AERIES Family Portal.   

1. Login to the AERIES Parent Portal with your parent account (not your student account*).  
2. Click on “Student Info” and select Data Confirmation. 
3. Follow all prompts and tabs within the Data Confirmation pages to review and update your student’s information. If your student has a cell phone number, please provide it. It is helpful for contacting them in an online environment.
4. Print and sign the Annual Notification Signature Form. 
5. Print and sign your updated Student Emergency Card. 

The master agreement describes important details about the SVUSD Virtual Academy and authorizes the student to substitute their work completion for their physical presence in a classroom.

Students cannot enroll in the SVUSD Virtual Academy until the master agreement is signed. 

Download the Master Agreement HERE.  Please read and complete the demographics information and sign the back page (student and parent) of the master agreement. 

1. Signed copy of the 23-24 Master Agreement. (From Step 2)
2. Signed copy of your updated Student Emergency Card. (From Step 1)
3. Signed copy of the Annual Notifications signature card. (From Step 1)
4. Signed copy of the McKinney-Vento Assistance Form. (English Form) (Spanish Form) We will also have copies at registration.
5. Copy of proof of residency (utility bill [gas, water, electric only], mortgage statement, or rental agreement). 
6. Copy of Immunizations records (only necessary for students entering kindergarten, 7th grade, or students new to the district only).  For requirements, please visit the California Department of Public Health website.
7. Copy of Birth Certificate or passport (only necessary for students entering kindergarten or new to SVUSD)

We highly encourage all students to borrow an SVUSD Chromebook.  While not required, using a district provided Chromebook makes it easier for students to sign-in and access online programs.

High School students:

K - 8 Grade Students: 

• Please drop your forms off to the SVUSD Virtual Academy Office between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 9 – Friday, August 11.
