Login to the AERIES Parent Portal with your parent account (not your student account*).
Click on “Student Info” and select Data Confirmation.
Follow all prompts and tabs within the Data Confirmation pages to review and update your student’s information. If your student has a cell phone number, please provide it. It is helpful for contacting them in an online environment.
Print and sign the Annual Notification Signature Form.
Print and sign your updated Student Emergency Card.
* To complete the online data confirmation process, you must have a parent portal account. To confirm that you are signed in using your Parent Account go to the “Profile Tab”. Check the Linked Portal Account email area for the email and type of account.
(Type “P” is a parent account and type “S” is a student account.
