Esperanza Education Center/Adult Transition Program (ATP) is a diverse and collaborative learning community committed to the success of all students. We create a safe and supportive learning environment that prepares students for transition into adulthood by focusing on functional academics, independent living, vocational, community, and recreation/leisure skills.

Data Confirmation

As part of data confirmation this year, we will have site specific forms going home on the first day of school (Community Based Instruction, Photo, Swim permissions & Physical information form) for completion.  Please return with your student as soon as possible.  We will also be having a drop-in Round-Up day scheduled for those who need help with the data confirmation process online here at Esperanza.
