Listed below are Saddleback Valley Unified School District's (SVUSD) regular and active substitute teachers who have expressed an interest in tutoring. This Tutor list has been made available for the convenience of SVUSD parents/guardians. SVUSD does not endorse, employ or evaluate the following individuals as tutors. The District is not responsible for coordinating or supervising tutoring services. Any tutor arrangements (including payment arrangements) are made between the parent/guardian and the tutor and are independent of the District.

Tutoring Help for High School Students at the Mission Viejo Library

Looking for free one-on-one assistance at the high school and middle school level? Tutors are available during the school year in Pre-Algebra through Calculus, and Physics . Call the Adult Reference Desk in advance to sign up at (949) 830-7100, extension 5105, and be sure to leave your name, school, and phone number. Come prepared with questions, your textbook, a pencil, paper, and any other materials needed. Tutoring sessions focus on learning general topics rather than completing specific homework assignments. There is no charge for this service. Visit the Mission Viejo Library to schedule your free Tutoring session.

Tutoring Help for Elementary Students at the Mission Viejo Library

Does your child need help with their elementary school homework or research? Qualified volunteers offer free homework help at the Mission Viejo Library during the school year for 2nd - 6th grade students. The Homework Center is open Wednesday afternoons from 3:30PM to 5:30 PM beginning September 9th. Sign up for appointments up to one week in advance at the Youth Reference Desk.
