Aeries Data Confirmation allows Parents to review and update student information (including emergency contacts, medical conditions and authorizations) directly in the Aeries Family Portal. It is the annual opportunity for families to fill out summer “re-registration” paperwork digitally, and it is a requirement for all SVUSD students.

For the 2025-2026 school year, Data Confirmation opened on July 12, 2025. Please complete the Data Confirmation process for each of your students as soon as possible. It is ideal to have Data Confirmation complete prior to school registration and the start of the school year.
