The Annual Notification document is designed to notify parents/guardians and students of their rights and responsibilities per California Education Code section 48980. Thank you for taking the time to read this important information. After reviewing the annual notification, your signature on the Data Confirmation page is an acknowledgment that you have received the notice and have been informed of your rights. In addition, you will need to sign and return the Annual Notification to Parents/Guardians Signature Form to your student’s school site.
