Select the program below to review the registration directions and download the registration forms. Submit all complete forms to your High School Guidance Office as soon as possible. (Late enrollment forms will not be accepted.)

SVUSD Credit Recovery Math and Science

REGISTRATION: April 9, 2018 - June 10, 2018

HOW TO ENROLL

  1. Meet with your guidance technician to determine course(s) needed.
  2. Complete the SVUSD Math and Science Credit Recovery Enrollment Form. Forms are also available in all High School Guidance Offices.
  3. Submit the Registration Form (page 3) to your guidance technician.
  4. Review and keep page 1 and 2 of the registration bulletin.
  5. Students group assignments will be posted on the SVUSD Summer School Website one week prior to the start of the session.

  • Turn in your enrollment forms to your guidance office as soon as possible.

PCHS Credit Recovery and Original Credit

REGISTRATION: April 9, 2018 - May 14, 2018

HOW TO ENROLL:

  1. Meet with your current counselor to determine course(s) needed.
  2. Complete the first 6 pages of the PCHS Enrollment Forms. Forms are available in the all High School Guidance Offices.
  3. Submit all complete and signed forms to your Guidance Counselor.
  4. SVUSD will submit the enrollment paperwork to PCHS.
  5. Save the last page (page 7) of “Course Login” directions.
  6. Read the July-August Subsidiary Agreements (not necessary to print) found on the PCHS website.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Turn your enrollment forms in to your guidance office as soon as possible. Enrollments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Students will receive an email from PCHS with either a) confirmation of course enrollment or b) indicating the course is closed and the student is NOT enrolled.
  • ADDS and CHANGES to course enrollment may be made until June 22, 2018. Course DROPS may be made through July 27, 2018. Add/Drop can be found on the PCHS website and faxed to 714.508.0215.

ACCESS Independent Study Non-College Prep Credit Recovery

REGISTRATION: April 9, 2018 - June 8, 2018

HOW TO ENROLL:

  1. Meet with your current counselor to determine course(s) needed.
  2. Complete the ACCESS Enrollment Forms. (DO NOT SIGN THE FORMS. YOU MUST SIGN THEM IN PERSON DURING YOUR ACCESS ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENT.) Forms are also available in the all High School Guidance Offices.
  3. Submit all complete forms to your Guidance Counselor as soon as possible. (Late enrollment forms will not be accepted.)
  4. After reviewing all the enrollment forms with the school counselor, the parent and student will keep the complete enrollment forms and bring them with them to their ACCESS enrollment appointment.
  5. SVUSD will submit the Referral Form to ACCESS.
  6. ACCESS will contact the student’s parents to schedule an enrollment appointment.
  7. Student and parent meet with ACCESS staff to complete enrollment process.
    • April 9 - June 8, Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Coastline Regional Occupational Program (ROP)

Please contact your school’s ROP Career Specialist for additional courses and to obtain an ROP registration form. A ROP registration form must be completed . (DO NOT complete an SVUSD summer school registration form.)
