SWET is a four-week summer training and work experience for TPP students. During SWET, students participate in a four day training followed by three weeks of paid work experience. The first week of SWET focuses on employment readiness skills. Students learn basic interview skills, soft skills, and money management. They participate in mock interviews which may result in job offers from employers.
