Covid-19
Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information & Updates
On March 7, 2020 the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the California Department of Education (CDE) recommended for schools to encourage individuals who have a travel history over the course of the last 14 days to an area identified by the CDC as a Level 3 Travel Health Notice to self-quarantine for 14 days (from the day of return to the United States). Additionally, this applies to those who have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 (for 14 days from the date of their last exposure).
SVUSD is in agreement with the CDPH & CDC recommendation and is appreciative of your cooperation.
Current list of countries designated as Level 3: China, Iran, Italy and South Korea.
