Once you have successfully completed the assessment, please hold onto the confirmation email that you receive and move onto step 3.

Translation for the Assessment: To take the assessment in a different language, right click on the screen and select the "Translate to..." option.  Use the menu that pops up on the screen to select a language.

Once you have completed an assessment with a grade of 100% (step 2) please print out the E-Bike Parent Permission Slip. This form must be signed by both the parent and student and returned to your school:
