About Olivewood

 

Olivewood Elementary School is located in the city of Lake Forest, educating students from transitional-kindergarten through 6th grade. The school opened its doors in 1967. Olivewood Elementary School is a community of responsible 21st century learners. They use their creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication skills to grow into positive, productive citizens who will succeed in tomorrow's world.

At Olivewood Elementary, students and staff work hard and have fun. In grades 4-6 they have one-to-one iPads and Chromebooks. In grades 1-3 they have one-to-one iPads. All teachers work together to improve their teaching and provide the best learning experiences possible so that all students become lifelong learners – students who are college, career, and life ready.
