Facilities Use


Step#1: Create Profile by setting up an account by clicking the facilities use request button.

Step#2: Click on RESERVATION button on top right side of page.

Step#3: On RESERVATION page use drop down to select your desired SVUSD location you are requesting.

Step#4: Select start date for both options (from & to) under Date Range area. Then click search

Step#5: Select resource area (example MPR)

Step#6: Select Time that you would like to request and click request reservation

Step#7: Put details on type of event (Scout Meeting) and estimated attendance (Approx. 30)

Step#8: Notes area is the location to put all other details regarding additional dates and resources. See example below.

Resource - Main Gym

September: 6, 13, 20, 25, 27 October 11, 18, 25 December 12, 19, 26

Resource - Classroom 1

September 10, 17 October 17, 24, 31 February 5, 12, 19


This will start the facility request process.
