The ELS (Expanded Learning Services) Portal is our online registration system! Families will be able to create an account, register their children for available programs, and make payments online. Use the buttons above to sign in to your account or create an account.

Registration for Preschool Connection and The Learning Connection (TLC) begins Monday, May 5th, 2025. All registrations and payments can be completed online using the ELS Portal on our website.

Families who do not have access to a computer may register in-person at the Expanded Learning Services office using our kiosk. Parents will need to create an account to enroll an incoming child for an available program. Using a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet is recommended.

Expanded Learning Services currently accepts credit card and check payments. Card payments can be made online via the ELS Portal. The portal will accept Vista, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and ACH.

Check payments may be mailed or dropped off to the Expanded Learning Services Office. Please note that we are not responsible for delayed payments via mail. For information on our Late Payment Policy, please click here. Please make checks payable to SVUSD.
