About Laguna Hills

Laguna Hills High School is located in the city of Laguna Hills, educating students 9th through 12th grade. The school opened its doors in 1978. Laguna Hills High School’s mission is to provide a rigorous and accessible curriculum in a small-school, “family” environment. Their vision is by fostering creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills, they will prepare students for college and career, empowering them to build a better world through mutual respect and intercultural understanding.

Laguna Hills offers a complete array of comprehensive curricula and programs in a small school setting. Their innovative programs include the acclaimed Two-Way Spanish Immersion Program, a four-year Model United Nations program, a flourishing International Baccalaureate (IB) program, robust Visual and Performing Arts, and highly competitive athletics. Students are also given the opportunity to immerse themselves in Spanish, French or Mandarin Chinese, completing course pathways in Advance Placement (AP) and/or IB classes. Their Technical Education program includes a newly implemented Computer Science pathway, cutting edge Automotive Technology and Culinary Arts Academy.
