LEASE-LEASEBACK SERVICES FOR LAKE FOREST ELEMENTARY MODULAR PROJECT AND SERRANO INTERMEDIATE TWO-STORY BUILDING PROJECT

The Saddleback Valley Unified School District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for pre-construction and lease-leaseback (“LLB”) construction services for the District’s Lake Forest Elementary Modular Project and Serrano Intermediate Two-Story Project.

In accordance with Education Code section 17406 and Public Contract Code section 20111.6, proposers are required to submit a completed set of prequalification documents on forms provided by the District. Any proposer that submits a proposal and is not prequalified will be deemed non-responsive and the proposal will be rejected and returned unopened. Prequalification documents must be submitted by April 2, 2024 by 4:00 pm. A list of pre-qualified contractors will be provided on April 9, 2024. Proposals from qualified firms are due no later than 4:00 pm on April 16, 2024.
