Notice of VIDEO/TELEPHONIC Governing Board Meeting

In compliance with Executive Orders N-29-20 and N-35-20 issued by Governor Newsom, the October 8, 2020 Regular Board of Education Meeting will be held via teleconference. For this meeting, there will be no physical meeting location open to the public. The Board encourages members of the public to join the meeting electronically or telephonically.

PUBLIC COMMENT

For this meeting, public input will not be facilitated in person. The Board will accept Public Comments submitted electronically beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2020, through the following submission link:

The above process and timelines will also be used to accept Public Comments for Public Hearings.

Comments may not exceed three (3) minutes.

The Board may shorten the time when there are a large number of speakers to be heard.  Per Board Bylaw 9323, the total time for public input is 30 minutes. With Board consent the President may increase or decrease the time allowed for public comments, depending on the topic and the number of persons wishing to speak.

In the event the number of submitted public comments are anticipated to exceed 30 minutes, the order of comments may be read in random order until the 30 minutes have expired.

All comments received will be submitted to the Board, regardless of whether they are read during the meeting.
