History is the story of how people and places change over time.  Some people have pictures or other artifacts from the past that once belonged to their ancestors.  Sometimes older family members show younger family members how their family has always done something.  They pass along a tradition to follow.  By writing letters or talking to others, we use communication to share information with others that may live in our surrounding area or community.
