Fact or Opinion
A fact is something that is true or can be proven. An opinion expresses feelings and tells what you or others think about a topic.
Example 1: Mindy is wearing a blue dress.
(This statement is a fact. It can be proven.)
Example 2: My favorite color is blue.
(This statement is an opinion. It is someone's feeling about something.)
