STUDENT USERNAME & PASSWORD

If you are having trouble finding your student's Username and Password, please use the following instructions.

1. Go to the Aeries Family Portal at  https://familyportal.svusd.org/

2. Enter the email address that is associated with your Parent Portal account and click on the Next button.  Then enter your password.  Only Parents can lookup student passwords so make sure you are using your parent account and not the student's.

3. Go to Student Info > Supplemental Data

4. Your Student's Username and Password can be found there.
