Obtaining a Copy of a Transcript

How Do I Obtain A Copy of My Transcripts?
For students who graduated prior to 2009, transcripts are $10 per copy.
For students who graduated in 2009, transcripts are $5 per copy.
Order by mail, phone, e-mail, or in person.
By Mail:
El Toro High School

(Cashier's Check or Money Order - no personal checks)
By Phone:
Call 949 586 6333 Ext 6146 and ask for Mrs. Deleon in the Records Office
(Transcripts will be completely processed once handling fee has been received, but the process will be started)
By E-mail:
Send request to Mrs. Deleon in Records

In Person:
See Mrs. Deleon in the Record Office
Please include:
Your name at the time of graduation
Date of Birth
Year graduated High School
Name and address of where to send the transcript (or pick up in person)
At this time there is no on-line service to purchase transcripts. Alumni must either pick-up the transcript in person or have it mailed to them.
Allow three to four days after the processing fee has been recieved.
