Introduction

Welcome students and parents! My name is Mrs. Andrea Mahindrakar, and I am your history teacher and Yearbook advisor at RSM Intermediate. I am looking forward to working with you this year.

Let me start off by telling you a little bit about myself. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and Masters of Art in Teaching at the University of California, Irvine. In the last five years I have taught at La Paz Intermediate and RSM Intermediate. This is my forth year at RSM Intermediate and I am proud to be part of an amazing school. I love history and my goal is to make history fun, exciting, and relevant to my students' lives!

I have been married for three years to my wonderful husban. We are both educators and during our free time we enjoy camping, mountain biking, surfing, going to Disneyland, traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
