In the Saddleback Valley Unified School District Special Education is offered to students who have been identified as eligible to receive services. Students receive services in General Education classes, Resource classes (RSP), or Special Day classes (SDC) in accordance with their Individualized Education Program (IEP). These students are encouraged to participate in inclusive settings as much as possible. This provides them with the opportunity to be part of a comprehensive school population and complies with LRE, Least Restrictive Education opportunities.
