If applying for more than one sibling attending more than one school you may do so at your first appointed time. Example One in elementary and sibling in intermediate school. You apply for both when you come in for the Elementary student. Renewing Regular Bus Pass 1. Print out second semester renewal application. 2. One application per child. 3. One payment per child. 4. Complete required information on application I, II, and III 5. Only complete IV if you are purchasing a bus pass for more than one student in your immediate family. 6. Complete V by checking type of payment being made. If you are making a credit card payment, (make sure all 5 items are complete under credit card information). (both items are needed to be able to process) 4. Foster Care: attach a copy of current foster care statement only.
