GENERAL: ATTENTION CHARGERS: It is our honor to announce the grand total for the El Toro High School Canned Food Drive! We did it El Toro! The grand total for the El Toro High School Canned Food Drive is 42,007. Thank you students, staff, and the Lake Forest Community. All this food is already on the shelves at Adopt-A-Neighbor and South County Outreach Foodbanks. We have really made a difference and should be very proud! GO CHARGERS!
ATTENTION STUDENTS WHO LIKE TO TRAVEL: This spring break there is a great adventure waiting for you in Costa Rica: white water rafting, canopying touring, horseback riding, and many more exciting adventures in this tropical paradise. If you have not signed up for the trip, please come with your parents next Tuesday, November 24th, to room 202 to sign up and get more information. (Trager-23)
CONGRATULATIONS to The BullETin staff for their 5th place Best of Show award for their first issue of the newspaper at the National Scholastic Press Association convention in Washington D.C. last week. It was the largest convention to date with 6,300 students. Sophomore Frankie Sakamoto and senior Dylan Ochoa received an Honorable Mention award in news and review writing. Keep up the great work! If you are in grades 9 - 12, answer that question and you could earn a chunk of money for college by entering the Saddleback Optimist Club essay contest.
