Career Camp is a four day summer program for high school students with an I.E.P. who will be entering grades 10-12. Sessions are formatted to prepare students for seeking and obtaining entry level employment using hands-on interactive lessons and activities. Each three hour session builds upon the next following the typical pathway to employment such as job seeking, completing applications, and interviewing. Career Camp includes employers from local businesses to provide students with direct and practical information on obtaining employment through tours and practice interviews. With the progressive structure of the sessions, attending all four days of the camp provides the most benefit to the student.
