The school motto is "A HIGHER PLATEAU OF LEARNING".
Our school mascot is the BULLDOG.
Our school colors are MAROON & GRAY.
Our current bulldog is named "Spike". Students voted on this name in 2001. Spike currently resides in the computer lab, but sometimes visits classrooms for special occasions. Spike loves to appear on Bulldog Buzz (our weekly video announcements) to promote reading, or to remind the students of upcoming Trabuco Mesa events. Spike Jr. is a mini-version of Spike, and usually hangs out in the Office.

Lucky is the student who has had Mr. Edmonds as his teacher. Often he will start off the class day with music, singing American ballads accompanied by his guitar. What a positive way to get the day going!
Mr. Edmonds is our resident song writer. Besides composing our school song, he has written "Be a STAR", and numerous other songs for special school occasions. He is often called upon to lead our students in song during school assemblies.
